Every day I am blessed to wake up and come to my dream job, working side by side with all my amazing teammates here at Shannon Staley and Sons.  I am committed to helping our craftsmen and women build long-term, fulfilling experiences as part of our team. I strive to live the 5 core values of Shannon Staley and Sons everyday: be committed, be generous, be family focused, be profitable, be grateful. I am fortunate I have so many caring and helpful people in my life, and it is my goal to be a positive influence on all those I have the chance to meet. I am a grateful father of 4 amazing children (Nolan, Adriana, Lucas, Crosby) and husband to my best friend, my everything, Cara.
