As you can see from our 1st quarter newsletter, SSS is blessed to be busy. As the leader of SSS, I find that it can be easy for me during the day to day “busyness” to lose sight of my priorities in leading this great team. Are my motives selfish in nature? Am I leading because I want praise? Or am I leading to serve my team by striving to provide benefits for those that work with me each day? Do I ever place their needs ahead of mine? I am grateful for the reminders of why I work, and the responsibility I have been blessed with to help as many people as I can, with the opportunities I am granted.
